We Honice Hair will highly responsible for the goods that come from our company.

We accept complete goods full refund or return within 14 days after the hair delivered to you, if the hair is new, not be used yet. 

Please keep the hair well packed when you return it back. 

For customized orders (color hair, special styles, sew wigs, packages and so on) we don't accept return and refund. 

We will not be responsible for the quality problems arising from the dyeing of the hair by the customer.

During the covid-19 time, we don't accept return. Because China custom is not easy to pass for human hair.
